WAS THE REGION OF WATERLOO POLITICALLY MANIPULATED????

Part 1.

Overall Strategy:

  1. Establish Off-Grid Energy Centres for all Regional Governmental facilities operations and
  2.  Convert all regional governmental transportation systems to petroleumless, carbon emissions free fuel such as NH3.

The Engineering Group team which includes ten Ph.D enviro-energy specialists, plus twenty private sector energy centred firms are committed to the understanding the entire electrical grid will collapse within between twenty-five to forty years….if not sooner.

This is the reality the Region of Waterloo, its cities and townships must grapple with ‘now’ to avoid the catastrophic impact of this eventuality.

The most important overall factor in this discussion is that what ‘yesterday’ was a mere technological wishful dream, has become a reality.  Off-grid energy centres were a fanciful delusion not so very long ago.  Today it is not only a possibility but thanks to brilliant leaders like Dr. Glen Allan Ph.D Electrical Engineering, those technologies now exist.  Dr. Allan’s designs, when integrated with other enviro-energy components, have established the groundwork where ROW can start converting to those technologies today.

Off-Grid electrical centres are the ONLY protection we have against cutting down the impact of cyber-terrorist attacks.  With the central grid systems we currently have …today…right now… cyber-terrorists can shut down our entire world.  And for heaven sakes if you don’t at least have this level of understanding do some research on the subject.  RIGHT NOW, a cyber-terrorist country or even an independent advanced hacker can ‘win an election’, shut off our lights, bring traffic to an eternal standstill, shut down elevators, while destroying our water distribution processing….all by pushing the ENTER key.   It is that easily accomplished.  Sadly, enough Obama cyber-terrorist attacked Iran shutting down its nuclear plants along with killing four of it’s leading scientists…a blood-stain on Obama’s illustrious career.  That point being, virtually any country or military terrorist group can and will use it’s cyber-abilities to protect it’s interests or attack it’s enemies.

Private cyber-pirates already engage in the trillion dollar business of computer blackmail which major corporations as well as universities have been forced to pay these pirates for NOT infecting their computers with a killer virus.  I had one computer destroyed, despite the fact I had malware protection software installed, because I refused to pay three thousand dollars for them not to infect it.

While micro-gridding cannot protect our computers it can limit the damage that can be done to our infra-structure operations like water processing and allow us to establish a backup communications system to bring the most important operations such as traffic lights and hospitals back up.

Micro-grid energy centres provide us with the ability to prevent an across-the-board-shut-everything-down cyber-terrorist attack while at the same providing the ability to maintain necessary life saving operations.

And by the way…micro-grid energy centres when coupled with green fuels such as NH3 have the potential to eliminate carbon green house gas emissions while reducing energy operational costs by up to 70percent.

This is the strategic road map to establishing the Region of Waterloo, it’s cities and townships as global leaders in the battle for Global Survival.

PART 2:

Cyber-Terrorism and the ClimateActionWR Report

My high school years were spent working in greenhouses which used hydroponics, and paid my way through university designing landscapes.  I have spent my adult lifetime of over 40 years in the battle against Global Warming through the poisoning of our land, air and water.  My first job after coming out of the back-woods having spent three years off-grid hand cutting firewood, with no running water or electricity, was as the ‘keeper of the fire’ ….which literally consisted of burning the garbage at the town dump overnight.  My basic equipment, provided by the town were two rifles; a 22 to kill off any rats I could hit, and a 3-30 in case a bear was about to attack me.  By morning you could smell me 5 kilometers away.  Since those early days, virtually every job/business I engaged in has been a ‘hands on’ involvement in one of the enviro-energy fields, insulation, solar, wind, geothermal, energy sealing’n’so on.

My life has gone from perpetual ‘fire-stink’ to Chairman of a team which is rapidly becoming recognized as the ELITE enviro-energy team including ten Ph.D specialists, integrated with multiple private firms….all committed to improving the quality of our environment for future generations.

Looking at the ‘ClimateactionWR:    the report is definitely a major undertaking which involved a wide array of very many groups and people throughout the Region.  I won’t bore you with an intensive analysis of the contents of the report, I will instead sum it up with a rhetorical question (saves time and energy):  what is the environmental footprint and financial costs of publishing and distributing tens of thousands of this 34 page booklet, including human energy, paper and ink (chemicals) resources, all of which was unnecessary given every politician and administrators throughout the Regional governments had access to the mass media and could have promoted it as being available on various websites…or should be.  Surely, the argument can’t be ‘because some people don’t have a computer because if someone doesn’t have a computer today, they ‘just ain’t interested folks’.   The printing of this major document is a contradiction with the groups ‘sustainability goals’ which shows a major flaw in the group’s thinking.  And just so you know, from a marketing perspective, a 3% readership on any promotion is considered ‘high’ and it had better have a great cartoon on the front of it if you want that much attention.   As well, what did the group think was going to happen to the tens of thousands of this 34 page booklet, both read and unread copies when put in the recycle bin?  In any case…this is all a digression.

WAS ROW JUST MANIPULATED?  Mostly the report reads like a ‘Green Party Philosophy’, which might explain why the report was put into print and the timing of it’s distribution two weeks prior to a federal election.   Given the listed Executive Director of the report’s steering committee, Mike Morrice is running as a Green Party Candidate, the question begging to be asked is if the ROW was just manipulated to spend tens of thousands of dollars to support a political party?

If the Chair of the Region and the Mayors of the cities and townships want to seriously challenge ‘climate change’ their reality is they have the power to accomplish that through their engineering staffs, their operations staffs and permits criteria. These people are definitely elite in their fields, and have a clear understanding of the importance of lowering greenhouse gas emissions and energy costs and work at it every day.  How is printing that report an environmentally sound decision…??? (another rhetorical question)?

I’ll leave my response to the WR report ‘there’.  If anyone has any specific questions of comparison they would like to ask me…please ‘ask away’.  I’m sure one of our ten Doctorates and private sector specialists can direct you to the correct answer to your questions.

If you are not centering your discussion on ‘off-grid energy centres’ plus NH3 and other green fuels, you are a not in the serious discussion.   The ROW’s report does not only not promote ‘off-grid’ or ‘green fuels’, it does not consider cyber-terrorism as important enough to mention.  Therein is the difference between the ROW Sustainability groups and The Engineering Group strategies.
